You can’t just go through the shit, you have to grow through the shit.

“Going” through the shit is like moving through difficulties without learning the lesson, keeping you stuck in cycles of karma. When we face difficulties and do not learn from them, we might find ourselves repeating the same patterns, as if life is giving us another chance to get the lesson right.

“Growing” through the shit means actively engaging with the lessons embedded in those difficulties, allowing you to break free from repetitive patterns and cycles. To “grow” through challenges means to become more aware, to understand the deeper purpose of the hardship, and to align our actions with higher wisdom or spiritual truths.

I can tell you what the lesson is, but I can’t make you learn it.

I can point to the way, but I can’t make you walk it.

I can lead you to the teachers, but I can’t make you listen.

I can bring you to truth, but I can’t make you see it.

I can share with you the secrets, but I can’t make you embody them.

Only you have the power.

If you want to learn it, walk it, listen, see and embody the truth of who you are, you’re going to have to give up some things. This meme should actually read “Evolve AND Die” because that is more accurate.

I’m happy to share my resources for coming into soul alignment if you’re interested. These do not include any mainstream media, propaganda posing as fake light or false prophets; I only work with teachers that lead you back to you.

This occurred to me after listening to a brief clip from Matt Kahn on IG. He spoke about how we will eventually have the experience we’re yearning for because that is our fate. He compared us to seeds, suggesting that blossoming is inherent and inevitable. Kahn used this analogy to demonstrate that our growth doesn’t require willpower or force; it happens when the time is right.

The struggle is an inherent part of the journey, and the blossoming of a flower is inevitable. The lotus doesn’t resent the mud. When the lotus is ready to blossom, it understands the mud was necessary. So, what is there to be resentful of?

Oh, and I don’t believe in coincidences. So the fact that Kamala Harris’ first name means “lotus” means she can handle any mud-slinging that will inevitably go on. In fact, it will only make her stronger.

🌑The moon changes almost as much we do. In Buddhism we refer to these moods, or life states, as the Ten Worlds. And, how we perceive our environment depends on what mood (world) we are in. We can be in an angry mood where everything sets us off, we can be in a state of Buddhahood where we experience oneness with all that is. Our moods fluctuate in a myriad of different ways between these two extremes.
🌑One way to work with what comes up for you during a full moon is to transmute baser level emotional states into higher ones so that true wisdom is revealed. Like turning metal into gold - alchemy.

I’m learning to recognize when I need to express myself. Not based on some external timeline or schedule but based on my own internal desire. It’s unbelievable how much power we give away when we seek validation from the outside world. Moving instinctually regardless of what the Matrix expects takes real power because, so much is pulling at your attention, your frequency, your currency. To move from an internal place and shed outer expectations is no small feat. Anything other than this type of movement is enslavement.

If ever there were a time to practice being Present, Now is it. Your attention is more valuable than ever. So many dramas and storylines are begging for your consent. If the powers that be can grasp your attention, they can continue to fuel their own narrative. They have no real Source of Power without you, the Perceiver.

Your Presence is where the Truth lies.

Echarte Tolle’s The Power of Now is like yoga for the mind. He teaches how we can use our senses to come fully into the present moment and rise above the thoughts that weigh us down. Tapping into this is expansive and can help transcend limiting storylines and beliefs. Because…

You can use your senses to go beyond your senses. But, you cannot use your mind to go beyond your mind. You can however, use your mind to open the door to Presence. The mind can then ride the senses to bypass itself.

That’s why Presence is Power.

Presence is expansive and vast and gives you access to your True Nature. Tapping into this puts into perspective what Power really is. And the great news is that we all have equal access to it. (Hint: It’s not money or fame)

Now, if you still haven’t read “The Power of Now”, now is great time. Because, “Now” is all there is.

When you take back your Presence, you take back your Power.

It struck me. We live in a culture that celebrates instant gratification while measuring success by degree of celebrity. Not only do most people struggle with physical, financial, emotional or mental stress on a daily basis but, not everyone even wants to build an empire. Since I stopped dancing 20 years ago, I’ve searched and searched for the “thing” that was going to make me as happy as dancing did and you know what? I still haven’t found it. Instead I got years and years of failure in things I quit pursuing because they didn’t feel as good as dancing. I got years of humility as I struggled to feel my way through a lack of purpose. So while some people promote building your empire, I just want to say:

Some people just want to heal, or to simply become more present. Some of us just want to enjoy the simple things. Many of us would settle for just that; a little less ambition and a little more ordinariness. 🌸

You’re stronger than you think. You’re smarter

Life happens through the opening of the heart. When one can allow love, grief, passion and anger to flow they will begin to be in line with the universal spirit of One.

Begin by letting go of resentments, large and small. These resentments are just resistance to what is. Allowing the flow of every moment of emotion will put you in complete surrender to what is. It’s your resistance to feeling that enslaves you to your mind. If you can convince the mind to detach itself from its tendency to hold and resist, you will feel the opening of your heart. Once you feel the heart opening you will also begin to feel peace. When you feel peace is when you will naturally anchor in the moment of Now. When you anchor in the gloriousness of the current moment, Spirit can move through you like a butterfly riding a wind wave. And then you will feel, life happening through you.

What does it mean to ‘let anger flow’?

Anger is nothing more than passionate energy. Passion is a trait of an enormously powerful heart. Begin to let that energy flow again. The resistance to allowing passionate energy to flow becomes anger. A person who is trapped by the resentments of their minds must let all of that emotion flow again. It’s like a dam. The pressure builds up within the heart space. Nothing can flow out which means, nothing can flow in either. And people wonder why life isn’t flowing. It’s because they’re not flowing with life.

For some, life is happening to them. Others for them. But the ultimate is to allow life to happen through you. Each represents a different phase of our spiritual evolution as humans and each phase co-exists within our consciousness. Spiritual mastery is to have life happen through every ounce of your being without concern if some things is for you or against you.

🍔We used to believe that to be good at relationships, we had to put the other person’s feelings first. Now we know, to be good at relationships we first need to understand and honor our own feelings. It’s totally counter-intuitive.
🍔Similarly though, society does not function better when people are forced to abandon their personal beliefs or by putting other peoples needs first. Society will function better when everyone’s beliefs are honored equally and individuals take responsibility for themselves first.
🍔By this, we will be forced to resolve issues, not through coercion but by moving into higher perspectives. These higher perspectives will provide insight and answers previously unknown. Higher perspectives will give us alternative solutions to problems that do not necessarily depend on any one institution or entity. This will move us into greater harmony.
🍔A side effect will be the shift in the balance of power, from the few to the whole. This is exactly why our division serves the elite. We cannot be in conflict AND accessing higher realms of reality at the same time. We cannot be powerful and fight for power at the same time. Conflict keeps us in bondage. Blame keeps us small.

Thinking about a thing, is not the thing. What you choose to take action on is a greater indicator of who you are. How many of us have great ideas or plans to do something but then never take action? Whether it be taking a course, exercising regularly, visiting a special location, finishing a painting or even having a difficult conversation.
